Student Assistant Marketing

Immudex is a fast-growing biotech company, providing solutions for cellular immune monitoring within immunotherapy, transplantation, infectious disease, and autoimmunity. Based on our proprietary dCODE® and Dextramer® technologies, we develop and market research reagents and diagnostic assays, enabling researchers, pharmaceutical scientists, and clinicians to measure disease-specific immune responses. 

About the role

You will be part of our Global Marketing team based in Virum (Denmark). You will support the marketing team with a range of activities including digital marketing and events. 

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Use a Python tool to update the annotation of new products by identifying relevant information e.g. antigen, disease area for specific epitopes and alleles
  • Assist with digital marketing activities e.g. website updates, search engine optimization, email marketing, social media, set up of digital ads on Google or LinkedIn, creation of Salesforce email templates for the Sales Team
  • Assist the marketing team to ensure that all conferences and events run smoothly e.g. shipping booths and marketing materials
  • Assist the marketing and commercial team with other activities as required, e.g. managing the database of scientific publications citing Immudex’s products, updating the inventory of all printed marketing collateral, registering invoices, and information mining for lead generation purposes
  • Work together with other Student Assistants on a range of activities to help keep Immudex running e.g. loading/unloading the dishwasher, preparing coffee 

Qualifications

You have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, marketing, communications, or event management
  • Preferred experience with Python or similar coding platforms 
  • Preferred experience in marketing or events
  • Scientific background is advantageous
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
