About the job

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Immudex, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of our supply chain and logistics operations. You will manage order processing, support packaging and shipping activities, and ensure compliance with our Quality Operating Procedures. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC/NAV) in alignment with customer POs, quotations, and communications.
  • Adhere to Quality Operating Procedures (QOP) when creating and managing orders.
  • Verify accuracy before order release to production and confirm orders to customers.
  • Arrange shipments via 3rd party logistics partners or direct courier services.
  • Generate required Shipping documents and label packing team.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of packaging materials.
  • Support Packing Team whenever necessary.
  • Maintain shipment tracking overviews.
  • Generate invoices and credit memos for completed orders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Preferably hands-on experience in supply chain roles with a focus on order management and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365BC/NAV).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Danish is a plus
  • EU Work Permit
